Packaging Design Change Notice
INFICON has upgraded the anti-counterfeiting technology for cleanroom-compatible packaging and Maxtek® brand flat packaging. The new design is intended to help users quickly identify authentic INFICON crystals, minimize material confusion in production, and prevent the increasing number of counterfeit or clone products on the market.
How to Identify Genuine Products?
Please check the following three core features on the bottom of the packaging
Packaging Box Structure
Pay attention to the positions indicated by the red arrows. The circles on the outer and inner edges of counterfeit packaging boxes are more pronounced.

The genuine crystal electrode pattern has a distinct curved chamfer, which is typically missing on counterfeit products.

The genuine carousel has 2 semicircular notches at the circular opening for tweezers to grip. Counterfeits do not have these 2 notches.
